Who We Are

Pinewood Home Care is a Domiciliary Care Agency which has been established to enhance the care delivered by Pinewood Residential and Nursing Home.

We are an independent care agency providing care to service users in their home environment on a one-to-one basis.

We offer a wide range of professional services to assist adults to live independently.

24 hour care (including assistance with all aspects of personal care)

Help with shopping and general domestic duties

Sleeping and waking night staff

Emergency out of hours service

Live in Service

Our service users are those who, because of increasing age or disability, find it difficult to cope with domestic responsibilities and their own personal care needs. 

Staff will be highly trained to deliver excellent person centred care following a thorough assessment of the service user’s needs. This can, at the Service User’s request, involve relatives, advocates or other care professionals who are involved in meeting the service user’s requirements.

We will ensure that all service users are treated with respect whatever their religion, ethnicity, sex, age or disability.

We operate in Budleigh Salterton and the surrounding area. We offer a service to private service users and those with Social Services care packages.
